More than 400 flights were cancelled to and from Bali Airport due to Volcano
Bali's airport will remain closed for a second day due to the threat from volcanic ash.
More than 400 flights were cancelled to and from the airport which is about 60 KM (37 Miles) from Volcano, will remain closed until 7 am on November 29th.
It is learned that, around Ten alternative airports have been prepared for airlines to divert inbound flights, including in neighboring provinces.
Lombok airport had been reopened after an earlier closure overnight due to the eruption.
Massive plumes of dark ash were seen reaching as high as 3 km (2 miles) above the summit of the rumbling volcano, which began erupting last week.
Officials raised the alert to the highest level on Monday, fearing an imminent major eruption.
